 And the Ruin Raid Begins! Hyonogaja, the odd ship that has been stationary for quite a while began to brim with life on its outer area. From Mystic Ruins, the massive ship would have looked like an island and most people would dismiss it, continuing on their way. But on the ship itself, the voice of the captain could be heard booming through the speakers, ordering the rest to their stations in his familiar, friendly, and calm manner. "Everyone, get ready to dispatch! We're looking for lots of things to review this time! Don't let us down!" that and other encouraging words filled the ship's inner city-like interior, holding a handful of various different Mobians.
Kayla stood at one of the hatches, a wide and hopeful grin on her face. It had been a while since they had been sent out to really look for something, apparently this area was a "hotshot". Wishes of luck to those other few being sent out and a few check ups on supplies and the hatches creaked open with a loud hiss and a puff of steam. The small echidna took a deep breath and made her way onto the small jet ski-like machine that awaited.
Within moments, they were approaching Mystic Ruins and making their way to different destinations.....

Kayla wandered around, getting a few looks from other explorers as she looked absentmindedly towards the face of the rocks in the area then down at the small palm-pad device she carried. It would take her a few more minutes to make her way towards the small lake and climb up to a strange slab of decorated rock. The clueless searching would have gone on just fine were it not interrupted by a loud grinding of rock, the strange object shoved her off and she landed with a loud thud on the floor. The shock that ran up her back did little to phase her and she quickly made her way to some crumbled rocks, then made her way to a forested area.
Within moments she found herself at a large old temple and she went into her mode. Quickly taking pictures,notes, anything she could that counted as data. It was of course bred in her blood, this liking towards the past. It was on top of the massive stone building that she noticed a not-so-ancient metallic tower jutting out at the distance. With a skilled flick of her wrist, she put the camera she had in hand away, and Kayla reached to her headphones, pulling down a small microphone near to her mouth. "Hey....Did we ever register any metallic figures around here? There's one but...Not sure I should be going near it..." the voice over the mike told her it was not registered at all and it would be best to avoid it, but the small echidna made her way down and where she believed it was located at.
Hopefully the old building had no activity to it and no way in, it wouldn't be like Eggman to leave that place unguarded or even easily accessible.
((OOC:dunno, something to get Kayla going. Either this or she'd be an inactive character on stand-by...Anyone free to post! XD ))
