Forum rules
1. No god-powerful characters, or characters that use the powers of so-and-so to be invincible etc. (DEFINITELY not with the chaos emeralds) This ALSO means that your character CAN NOT BE MORE POWERFUL THAN OFFICIALS.
2. Please, no relations(or relationships) to official characters, unless the said official characer is okay with it (example: Sonic's brother//girlfriend? ASK SONIC FIRST), or otherwise any other form of relationship, long-lost friend, et cetera.
3. Please no exact ripoffs of a character, or characters that have matched or better skills than officials, such as a green Sonic look-alike or a blue Shadow... a character faster than Sonic, a character just as smart or smarter than Tails or Eggman, etc.
4. Your character may NOT have any type of chaos or master emerald -- even the least amount of a shard. The only way that you may have one is if a random event happens (ADMIN CONTROLLED), and you happen to find one. None may be used in your character's past either.
5. You can have multiple original characters, it is reccomended to have a MAX of three. Two, if you roleplay an official as well.
6. Post your form in another topic, not as a reply to this.
7. YOUR CHARACTER MAY NOT HAVE ANY WEAPON OR AUTOMOBILE WHEN FIRST STARTING OFF. This rule does not apply to haracters that had them before February 16th, 2006. It is highly suggested however for them to discard them. They're getting out of control.
8. Your character must be approved by at least two different mods before it is fully accepted and able to be used in roleplays.
